Overview: Up for sale is an incredible antique oil painting depicting a rowboat on the shore of a lake (possibly an ocean bay) under a moonlit evening sky. An absolutely stunning piece. I love the play of the light on the water. Painting is unsigned and undated, but I would estimate it to date to the 1910's or 1920's, based on style and wear. I'll be listing a few other paintings that I acquired together with this one, and may have been done by the same artist. Please check my other listings. Framed in a lovely detailed carved wood frame.
Condition: Painting is in very good condition for its age. Very minor pinhole perforation at center. Minor rumpling from stretcher bars on either side. Frame is in very good condition.
Measurements: Painting measures approximately 10 inches wide x 5.25 inches high. Frame measures approximately 11.25 inches wide x 6.25 inches high.
