In great shape! There is one spot on the front that was there when i bought it 2nd hand. I have not tried to remove it. I really wanted this to work for me but it just doesn't with the way I hold my notebook and write (left handed). The leather is super soft and supple and floppy! Tons of pockets, wallet section that folds over the flap pen holder and 4 elastics. I believe this is honey beagle leather.
