Rare in leather. 6th French language edition of Moses and Monotheism, Freud’s final and highly controversial work, Moses and Monotheism, here in French translation. First published in 1939, this seminal text explores Freud’s radical theory that Moses was not Hebrew but Egyptian, and that the origins of Jewish monotheism lay in Atenism, the monotheistic cult of Pharaoh Akhenaten.

His last published work, written on his death bed.
